We are very pleased working with Perma Pier.
We had Perma Pier repaired the foundation of our home in 2012 and our rental property in 2013.
Mr. Herstein (a foundation inspector) took time to walk us through the evaluation process to explain exactly what was needed and why.
The crew chief and his crew that showed up on time and did the repair were excellent.
Perma Pier has a lifetime transferable warranty to guarantee their services.
We have recommended them to our relative and our friends.
We will definetely use them again on our future investment projects.

Starting from the beginning, I called the company based off these reviews. Within a week Dan Steele came to do my inspection. As a off-road enthusiast myself, he also shares the passion so we hit it off. He had some great state of the art technology to measure water line throughout my home. He talked to me as if I was a friend and didnt try to over-sell the job. I felt comfortable based on his inspection and the companies reviews on google that I didn't even feel the need for a second opinion. He made a phone call and got me on the schedule for the following morning. The 7 man crew that are employed with there company(not just day laborer's) showed up on time just like I expected. These guys are doing a stand up job. I have to comment my son and his friends left there iPhone and the keys to my vehicle outside on two different occasions and the workers brought them both to the door to return them. That right there shows me these guys are very good people and makes me not worry about what kind of work there doing to my investment(home).
