They tend to over book. There wait time is terrible. I can understand if the wait time was any where from 15 to 20 minutes, but it's more like a hour to hour 1/2. Before you know it you day is gone if your appointment is in the afternoon. Not everyone can have morning appointments. I would like to take the time recognize Dr. Mai Tran. She has been my boys doctor for years. We love her and very professional. Dr. Tran is very friendly, polite, and take the time to answer my questions. She cares about her patients. She makes me wait worth it. Just to see her smiling positive family. But please do something about the wait time and the over booking.

This place is horrible on customer service I set appointment with them back on 06/23/2015 for July 15,2015 and someone did not do their job which is very BAD seeing how my son has A.D.D and needs his Medication. They told me that they could not see him until Aug.19 which is a other month way and after school starts , This shows really how the office is ran and how much they really thinking about the child. Which it is on your mistake wow ! If I could give a negative 100% with the Star I would .
