DO NOT GO HERE !! Not sure if they are under new management but lately the service has been pretty crappy. I really think they are understaffed and are a bit overwhelmed.

Took my car to get a full detail, guy at check in (who by the way needs a lesson in customer service skills) told me that at 9:30 there was no one to do this for me. I was a little put off but decided to go and run some errands and come back. When I got back at 10:30 I was told that they simply could not do it because they had no one to get it down. Now this time I was really mad. I let then know that this is the service they provide - cleaning cars. I asked for the manager only to be told by him that I would have to wait 1 hour. I said fine. (I had my iPad - I could sit for an hour). He then told me it could take up to 3 hours. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I said ok I'll wait. He then told me that I can't wait t because his employees needed to ear. I was beside myself angry. I left vowing to never return. I went to the new car wash on broad street in Mansfield and it was amazing- cheaper too!

I visited that place for a first time i spent 30 dollars for a car wash I don't k n own what they used to clean my windows but 2 days later they were fogging that it was difficult to see at 430 am I went back to let them know aND the service guy told me thats I was doing Something to make them foggy wth...anyway last time I visited I caught and employee stealing my box of cigaretts the good thing he admitted I shook my head ,it's a poor service business I won't be going back

When It rains you get a free wash! Previously I got a 15 dollar wash. I'm there for my free wash. Usually the only thing they didn't do was re-due your tires. Now the guy said do you want the under body washed? I gave me that ticket and drove off!!! My friend goes to a care wash for 15 bucks and its for the whole month! That's where I'm going! And I saw where you damaged a persons car!
