I just called to change my scheduled appointment and whoever they had covering the phones, was rude. Fist of all we the patients do not know their lunch times. Second, if you dont like dealing with public you should not be on the phone. I understand that some people are miserable with their jobs but, if you dont like to do what you do then work somewhere else. Thank You
