Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Service dept is rude. They act like you are doing them a favor bringing them your work that they charge thousands of dollars to do.

Don't go there for service, I was riding int eh area and the bike started running bad, I got to their dealership and they said I cracked my exhaust pipe, they had the bike for three months because the part kept getting back ordered.

What my issue is when I dropped the bike off I left damp towels and food inside the saddle bags and I had removed the air filter. I told the service Manager about the items in the saddlebag and asked they remove the food and replace the air filter, I even went back a few days later to get some items from inside the bike and reminded them about the food towels again.

When I finally got the bike back three months later, they did not remove the food or the wet towels from the saddle bags so the clothing inside was moldy and destroyed and they did not replace the air filter which they said they did and I ran the bike a couple months before finding it was missing.

The parts selection was great Jules helped me find some upgrades for my new bike and they had everything instock. Even though I did not buy my bike there they treated me as if I did they will have earned my parts business!!!
