I took curtains in to be hemmed that were 120 inches long. I asked her to hem them at 84 inches when I got them home I discovered she hemmed them at 82 inches.I called her and asked her to double check the ticket and make sure I told her 84 inches. The ticket did say 84.But when I took them back to her she would not admit she made a mistake and wanted to charge me $20 more dollars to make the correction! You have to pay before service is done so if a mistake is made you will take the hit. Go to a place where they will take a credit card.

This tailor does excellent work, it's on time, professionally finished and done on site. She is also one of the most affordable tailors I have ever used. Rarely does it take more than a week to get an item completed and you pay after the work is done. The person that I had used for tailoring services retired a few years back, now I don't go anywhere but Kim C. and neither should you!

This lady is wonderful - she does all alterations on site. She's a great seamstress, delivers on time, and is affordable. I wouldn't use anyone but her!

I HAVE USED THEM FOR DIFFERENT ITEMS OF CLOTHING TO BE ALTERED,OR HEMMED, OR FIX A ZIPPER AND THERE PRICING IS FAIR.MY CLOTHES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN READY FOR PICK UP WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE READY.
