Rude individual on site on Saturday. Will not buy anything there--EVER.

Bad place, bad customer service, very rude. I called here at 5:28 pm and a rude man answered. I asked for the kind of grass I needed and if he closed at 5.He said he had no grass and he was closed, closing time 6. ????? If he closes at 6 and its 528 how could he be closed and still answering phones? When I asked for the kind of grass I needed he said "WHAT?!" I've worked in customer service before and I never talked to a customer like that in my life. I don't know if he's the owner but it doesn't matter, you should always treat customers right. I was not rude or mean at all. At the end of my call I still said "okay thank you" and he just hung up no "you're welcome" or anything. Lost this customer, and if you're there and he treats you like that as well I suggest you look for service elsewhere.

First review I've ever written, just wanted to warn you, and if I could give it negative stars I would.

Owner tried to sell me DRIED grass & when I said I didn't want that grass, because it was DEAD & if I could get green grass he kicked me out? What kind of management is this? Screaming at a woman to never come back & everything. Never have I been treated this badly with no respect what so ever at ANY buisness!
