Twice in the last 3 years, upon taking one of our 3 vehicles into Xpress Lube, we have had a fuel filter removed and presented to us as being bad --including pouring gas out of it that apparently has 'dark gunk' in it; then asked if we want to replace it, for fear of the 'gunky ' one being put back, we said yes replace it. The charge for the new one is $18.85 and the associated labor - $35.00. I am now told my a mechanic friend that this is a 'common' deceptive practice. We will not be going back the Champion Xpress Lube any more, after being a loyal customer for over 10 years.

I love coming to Champion Xpress. The techs are always kind, courteous & fast! I've been using them for 6 years and I've never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them!
