Overall my experience was great!
Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Car was great on gas mileage and my total fee in the end was less than predicted! That was the best part!

The staff was very polite and extremely helpful during my distressed time. The manager stepped in and assured me that I was in good hands and indeed I was.

Always get great service when I rent with this Enterprise location. Employees are always helpful and courteous and they have a good selection of cars available.

Rented a car at this location over the July 4 (2015) weekend. Staff here are courteous, professional, and customer oriented. Great people. Great service.

This is the best rental location in DFW. They always try to get you in a vehicle at the lowest price, even during holiday times.

They advertise "we'll pick you up" which is why I would pick this company over another, but two times now, they have been unable to do that. One time they "were to busy, employees were going home" and the other time "we do not offe that on the weekends".

This location has potential, but they drop the ball in some areas. For example, long phone hold times, minimal pick up services available, smaller car sizes. This location is convenient for me, but I would like it if they were a little more efficient.
