Provided by YP.comBon Air has been servicing our HVAC for at least 20 years. I HIGHLY recommend their "Planned Service Agreement". They come out twice a year for maintenance which I'm positive helped our system last a few years longer than it would have otherwise. Also, with planned service, you get priority service when you do have a problem. Great value, great people!

Provided by YP.comBon Air has been nothing but helpful since my AC has gone out. They didn't get the problem fixed the first time but came back out repeatedly until the problem was fixed. Mr. Kim the manager was compassionate and understanding when it came to fixing my AC in a timely fashion. My neighbors referred me to them, and I will refer anyone needing AC work done to use this company. A+ customer service. Thank you Bon Air Grand Prairie!

Provided by YP.comI highly recommend BonAir Service Company. There service is approve reproach. We have used them for over 20 years. They are family owned and operated by the Brundrett Family who are great people. They serviced our system and when it was time for replacement of our system. The installation was done in a timely manner and it was done with great quality. We have had no issues with our system and our electric bills have gone down since.

Provided by YP.comIf you have 15 hours spread over two days with about a month for a follow up visit then I recommend Bon Air for your HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) needs. Along with that you will need the patience to listen to their infighting including negative feedback of each coworker’s performance. If you have young children then you know what I mean.
Here’s what I recommend:
1 - insist on “seasoned” employees and not trainees. A complete install should take about 4 – 5 hours.
2 - only allow installation of HVAC equipment. Any woodwork, painting, etc., should be done by a different contractor.
3 - check the obvious – the outside gas meter to my home was replaced a week after new HVAC installation. Could that be the reason my previous furnace was not igniting the flame?
4 – Budget about $6,000 dollars for a new HVAC system consisting of a gas furnace and new A/C compressor. The outside gas meter replacement (by Atmos) was free – you do the math.
I found Bon Air to be knowledgeable about their products and to provide a quality installation. However, if you choose Bon Air, I hope your experience is better than the one endured by me.
