I am outraged by this business. I took a fitted wool Texas Ranger baseball cap to be dry cleaned at this business. I repeated to them twice that I wanted the cap dry cleaned and not washed because it would shrink if they just washed it. They said fine and charged me six dollars to do it. Well when I went back to pick it up the cap's bill had been broken and it had shrunk significantly from being put in a washing machine. They then had the nerve to lie to my face and say that they had dry cleaned the cap and had not washed it in a washing machine.
