"As good as it gets" is right. This locally owned IT company has been helping my company with phone system support for the past 2 years. They have always provided fast, friendly, and efficient help when needed. The amazing customer service that I have from all Sequent staff is a quality that is hard to find these days. The business I work for has been using sequent information systems for their IT and phone service for over 6 years. I believe that this company delivers the best customer service. They always make us feel like a priority, like we are the only customers they have. The office staff and technicians are very nice, presentable and well trained. I always recommend Sequent to any business looking to gain a knowledge IT company.

I needed a job done and so I looked into this "company". They will promise you the world and will not deliver on even one thing. They are rude, their work is well below any acceptable standards and they never follow up on their mistakes. Excuses till the cows com home. AVOID this company at all costs!
