the worst experience as a renter. they claim to have 24/7 maintenance which you pay extra for yet I have had a request in for 2 months now. Not to mention the numerous excuses they give. least to say if i could give them a ZERO, I WOULD!!!! Get it together people! I signed a lease and they need to hold up there end of the deal.

Perhaps my perspective is misguided because I'm in a lower quality and lower priced apartment, however I've been extremely disappointed with their lack of maintaining the apartment complex. At the beginning of the year, the trash wasn't collected for about a month. They explained that they hadn't transferred the garbage bill from the last property manager (which changed at the end of August 2017). I had complained for two weeks until the garbage was collected.

I had requested the laundry room to be cleaned for months until they finally cleaned it. They blamed it on the owner not paying for them to clean it. Its a shared laundry room. Strange colors were collecting around the rim of the washing machines. Furthermore, the floors had not been swept or mopped in ages and were collecting piles of dirt in the corners.

I highly doubt in my mind that they check on the apartment regularly. There is animal feces in the rocks in the courtyard and the garbage can by the mailbox is constantly overflowing.

I live at the so-called "College Apartments" across the street from the university, however this is a misnomer. Instead, it is a poorly maintained low income complex.
Rent is around $650 per month, which is relatively inexpensive for the Grand Junction Area. However, I have friends paying hundreds of dollars less experiencing better quality maintenance.

Perhaps it truly is an issue of the owner not paying for the entire package. Maybe if I found a property going for $850 a month, I'd have a better review. Nonetheless, my experience with RPM Now has left me incredibly disappointed, and I will never be renting with them again after my lease is over.
