Do not rent through this place! They were by far the worst property management company I've ever rented from. The office staff was rude. I don't think there was a time that I had to deal with someone in the office where I didn't leave at least a little irritated. But the main thing I'm upset about is my deposit. It took forever for them to even get it back to us. They took out $110 of it. We left that place spotless! We spent a week, with several friends and family members, cleaning it. It was in better shape than when we moved in. And on top of that they charged us for yard work that, according to the invoice, was done over a month after we moved out. Of course you're going to have to pull weeds, and rake leaves in a yard that's been sitting vacant for over a month! We left that place in excellent condition. I've never had someone take money out of my deposit. We were also required to have the carpet professionally cleaned, which cost $120.

Office staff extremely rude (they hung up on me two times, because i was confused and upset) If your out of town(I live four hours away) good luck trying to schedule an appointment because they want you to register first. I asked to make appt they didn't know if a property manager would be available and then told me that a property manager will call the next day (to see if they would be available) NO CALL BACK! They told me they're really busy as to why a property manager didn't call back they didn't know, nor tried to resolve by checking to see if my message was given to a property manager. Business website states call to make appointment. They don't allow you to make an appointment without registering at their office. Other property management services were extremely helpful and we were able to make an appointment. I spoke with two receptionists that were rude!

They were the worst property services I have ever used. They refused to fix or replace the half broken stove top since day one. They refused to fix the sprinklers in the yard that I was obligated to maintain. They also were very apathetic about the smells of mold coming form the crawl space under my house. WORST PLACE EVER
