The address has changed for Mountain West Periodontal. It is no longer on Wellington. New address is: 2472 Patterson Rd., Unit 1

Not trustworthy

His staff is OK, but Dr W was always trying to sell me on these expensive procedures. After visiting another perio, I found I didn't need the procedure. You should go elsewhere.
