These people are the worst landlord office I have ever rented with. I lived there 3years had 4 different landlords and each one was trashyer then the last. Women at the desk was always stuffing her face when I walked in and lost my paperwork with my ssn info w2 info ect. Lied saying we dI'd not turn it in so we moved out 30days later to end the horrible experience and they had the nerve to strike me with a lease violation for not turning in paperwork a second time. Landlord lady won't come down from her office to talk to you won't return calls. Oh but if you are a week passed rent she will be at your door. The quality of the units are run down and old. Swap cooler never worked Windows were so thin ice built up on them. This place is truly last resort desperation homes.

Most the people I encounter there are very pleasant. Also quite classy! The children seem to posses the wisdom and maturity of somebody twice their age. Their imagination is far ahead of most children as well. They can have such a blast with something as simple as toilet paper and a tree! They have established an "open toy" rule, so whether your child has toys or not, they will not be left behind! They can simply borrow a friends as long as they want.

And the environment is simply breathtaking. The complex is so advanced that the children don't seem to need any type of supervision. They're free to roam anywhere they please without worry, 24/7. Even if something WAS to happen (which is highly unlikely) there is usually and officer there to remedy the situation immediately! Also, those in charge have certainly taken an interest in the "green" movement. Glass, aluminum, and plastics are found through out the property and bring what would be a boring environment to life with lovely colors and smells!

The other parent's seem to be very pleased as well. I can hear them celebrating deep into the night, even if it's a week day! They also seem to be very concerned and involved with the issues within the complex. They're always discretely joining together within one of their homes to figure things out. And boy, they must really be grinding the gears, because there is quite a bit of smoke generated from their meetings!

Overall 10/10, will visit again.

maintenance crew is horrible

these are generally good apartments for being low income. However, I have had issues for 2 years with the maintenance crew. My disposal quit working so I put in a request to have them fix it. Three weeks and two phone calls later they showed up to fix it. Next the door on my linen closet broke. When maintenance came to fix it they were talking to each other saying it was bull s***, they have fixed this door for me three times and I was the one breaking it. They said all pf this loud enough to where I could hear it, and that was the ONLY time they had ever fixed the door for me. Currently I have been waiting for a month and three weeks for them to clean the overflowing pile of pine needles out of the gutter above my child's bedroom. (This is a fire hazard and is routine maintenance) I have seen the maintenance crew out and about on their little golf carts and every time I say "hello, I put in a request for this a month ago." They respond, "we'll get to it."

Other than that there are little things wrong like they can never keep anyone working in management so all of their paper work gets backed up and blamed on the tenants. I now owe them 1400.00 because the old manager, Christine left in the middle of backdating my rent from my new job and never finished it and there's "nothing they can do about it." The office told me I never shoudve signed the paper Christine made me sign saying how much I was making at my job and when it started and I agreed to that income based rent. Right after telling me this The office then forced me to sign the very same paper (to backdate my rent again) and said if I didn't sign it I would be evicted. Thankfully the state realized this was not my mistake at all and ate 700 of the 1400.00. It would've been nice if they did it all since I was not at fault, but what can I expect, I live in government housing.

What gives the manager the right to treat tenants the way they do?

this is a income based apt town homes and they are designed very well, but every time you need to fix something or talk to the onsite manager know that the manager is really a vicious beast with an attitude that makes you wonder what gives her the right to treat ppl the way she does? IS IT THAT MY INCOME IS LOW??? If so wouldn't that be nonprofessional on her part? not helpful as the program is supposedly to be? may be even discriminatory? never have i felt treated so badly for having a low income.
