One of the ladies in the office was super nice so that's why I used 2 stars. However, when my credit was pulled, there was something on there that we had no idea about, ( we are actually getting lawyers involved because it is large and not us) I'm sure they have heard EVERY sob story in the book. That being said, I am not upset about the denial, everyone should be held to the same standards. Where I am upset is that they found it during MY application process and I was told that my husbands wasn't processed because there was no reason to proceed. They still kept the $40 for his application though it was never processed. When I called back for it, they said they went ahead and processed his. Sketchy and dishonest.

I've never had a problem with anyone that works with Great Homes. Angela has always been kind and professional toward me. Even though I've been a little late with rent on a few occasions they have always treated me with respect. It certainly helps if a person makes an effort to get caught up and stays in compliance with the rental agreement. I do not consider those to be unreasonable expectations at all. It's just life....be responsible!

BEWARE! Do not rent from these crooks! We rented from them for 1 1/2 yrs.. Do not expect them to fix things and Angela in the office is so rude.. They give property managers everywhere a bad rep! I feel bad for the owners they represent.. Unless the owners do not care about the tenants in their homes. I could go on for pages about how horrible they are! I wish I could give them 0 stars... Stay Away from these people!

What horrible people must own this company to allow the meanness and do the things that they do.
