We purchased our subaru in June of 2012 and we love it. So much that when my daughter came home for Christmas we let her borrow it. On December 26th, 2012 she was in a car accident. She was driving home late and hit a patch of ice and lost control of the vehicle and went thru a metal fence. The subaru needed some repairs but my daughter did not have a scratch on her! The tow truck driver could not believe it, he said he has seen a lot of accidents like hers with a different outcome. Thank you Grand Junction subaru we will never buy anything else but a Subaru!

ive tried to take my subaru there for a number of reasons, everytime i went there ive got nothing but rude service and overcharged for everything. not only that they lie everytime i go in there. i was looking to buy my wife a new subaru and the first salesman said it was owned by a doctor, since then the next few salesman ive talk to all say that every car is owned by a doctor, c'mon GJsubaru not ALL your cars could be owned by a doctor.

We took our car here for a headlight. They used to have a really good mechanic we liked but apparently they had a falling out and he's no longer there. He had done the other headlight in about 30 minutes. This time it took 4 hours, they cut off my locking lug nut then charged me to replace it, the key was in the took kit where it belonged, where I told them it was. While I was waiting they pulled the mechanic off my car to work on something else, rudely saying in front of me, that it was for a more important customer. They didn't put the bumper back on right, and it started falling off. We took it back and they wouldn't fix it unless we wanted to pay even more. We used to really like their service but they've run off all the good help they had. Service manager is a jerk to customers and staff from what I saw. We will elsewhere from now on.
