William was on time and did a quick repair. In addition to being prepared, he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I will hire him again without hesitation. very reasonable.

My microwave went out about the same time as my fridge on a late Friday night when no one else in town was open. I called 2 other places and ran across Genesis on Facebook. They were open and available for my dire need as I was entertaining guests over the weekend and needed my M/W and fridge working! They came the same day that I called, actually within the hour, had the parts needed on their truck and the repair went smooth and the bill was very minimal then what I expected! I will use Genesis for all my future needs!!

We are used to paying for a diagnosis fee, service call and then parts and repair or labor charges...Genesis DOESN'T charge a service call or a trip fee!! That cut our costs by $68 right up front when they fixed our fridge!
