EXCELLENT ! We would highly recommend Double D Services. The service man was very polite and extremely knowledgeable, he had the part on his truck to fix our refrigerator the same day and the repair costs were quite reasonable in our opinion. Thanks for the great job, we will definitely call the next time we need an appliance fixed!

I found the exact dryer timer on Amazon for half what they wanted for it. Plus you have to pay them up front, no credit cards

Unfortunately I did not have such a great experience with Double D. I was charged not only a trip charge but labor as well - just to have them tell me they were first unsure if parts were available and then refer me to another dealer. All experiences I have had the trip charge is to assess the issue - but to add a labor charge when nothing was fixed seems to be excessive. When I called to discuss their customer service was very accusatory and poor.

I had Double D Service out to fix my refrigerator last week. They were very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable with the gentleman they sent to my house. They actually had the part I needed on the service truck so i didnt have to wait at all for repair to be made and the cost of repair was well below what iI expected to pay. They have a customer for life. I highly recommend them, Thank You Double D !
