Please don't anyone rent from this company I moved in I have a one year old son ! Everything breaks the dishwasher broke linda romer todd never spoke with me just her little workers who are all related to her ! 3 days later they sent a guy out and he said I needed a new dishwasher and no one came back I have ever since been without a dishwasher !
Then the furnace broke and me and my son had no heat they do not have emergency maintenance ! She never put the work order in while it's snowing oit

Me and my family have been renting from Abc for over a year. Not once had an issue that Linda or abc fid not fix. I believe that they are a good company to go through. If it where not for there kind hart and generosity my family ���� would be with out a home. Thank you Linda and Abc for all that you do.

5" of water under my house from one of their units. They lied to me and blew me off. REALLY CLASSY. Julie Olmstead lied about not managing the house and within 24 hours someone was trying to fix the gutter that has been leaking under my house. The refused to give me the home owners information. When I called back 24 hours later to see if they had contacted the home owner they said not yet because they are soooo busy. If you have a home and need it managed don't use these liars.

these are the most scandolous slum lords in grand junction right now...they over charge...the foundation is cracked in the unit i rented, within the first month of living there(feb 2013) it leaked up thru the floorso bad it spread to 3/4 of my bedroom, under the wall into my son's room and then halfway down the hallway...linda rohmer todd's advise when i called was to open the window and let it air out...they never sent a soul to fix it and 11 months later the following december it happened again, a big snow that started melting and BOOM...so much water i could splash in it...stay away from these ppl...they are awful, they are rude, they will nickel and dime you into the poor house...money grubbing slum lords !!!

There should be an option of NO STARS! The maintenance man came into my apt twice with no knowledge. Both times he just walked right in. Good thing I was home! He also came into fix my toilet and shut the water off to my swamp cooler. After being at work all day I come home to a huge leak from the swamp cooler. Stained the carpet in the hallway and 2nd bedroom. When I moved out she said that I owed more money to them for the carpet damage. I told her I didn't damage the carpet her maintenance man did. Julie is the WORST to get involved with. I have no t paid then extra and will not cuz I am not going to be responsible for something I did not do.

I would rate my level of customer satisfaction lower than one star if allowed. They should offer negative stars for how rude and unprofessional Julie was to me. I called and wanted to just see a rental property and she acted like it was a complete inconvenience to even get me a key. I would not want to be an owner of a property they manage and would not want to rent from them either. If they treat a perspective tenant like that how are they going to act when you have signed a contractual lease obligation with them. Poor business practices indeed!

Im not sure about the other broker's that work there but do NOT go through Julie Olmsted. Shes horrible. Shes rude, she's very poor at returning phone calls concerning your property and she'll try and pull every penny from your pocket. Definitely would not recommend.
