I was in Grand Haven on vacation with my family when our portable DVD player stopped working. Well our daughter couldn't go 14 minutes without Frozen being on, so we needed a new one. West Michigan Pawn helped us out in our time of need, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Plus, there is some real eye candy behind the counter. Yowza! I created an account just to share my opinion of this small heaven on earth and I wish there were more stars to give! 7 star service in a 6 star town! And, we all got free hugs!

I love stopping in here! The staff is awesome and helpful and the store is always full of really cool stuff. My husband even won a guitar in their monthly drawing! Really one of a kind place, I'd definitely recommend it.

West Michigan Pawn is the cleanest, most organized pawn shop ever. The employees are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The store is brightly lit and I enjoy browsing there.

Very cool shop in Grand Haven. I came in with some Car Audio items to pawn back in late May 2012. He was fair in what he offered no BS, and told me what he can't use.
