I have visited this great business twice. The first time was to have them to check out a noise in my van. It was minor and they took care of it at no charge. The second time was for a muffler noise and they repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price. They are truly professional and caring. Thanks guys for restoring my trust in repair shops.

Came in with a odd knocking noise in my jeep, with being here only a few mins the man working with me came and told me what was wrong and fixed it for a great price will come back.

I am handicapped and had to have my brakes done. They were affordable, nice and did a great job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of repairs done.

I was provided superior service when my 2002 Camaro Z28 needed exhaust repairs. My exhaust system was repaired with expert know-how by James Harper. I found the service was very reasonably priced. My vehicle will last another 10-15 years based upon this repair. This company does great work. So, be prepared to wait in line. I found that it was well worth the wait. And, I highly recommend Muffler Man of Grand Blanc, MI.

Daughters 2002 Jeep had a transmission leak that was getting worse the dealership - gave me an estimate of somewhere around $530 for lines 2 & trans fluid. Brought it to Muffler Man & they fixed for $353-new lines & Trans fluid-the lines wore out where the transmission line support bracket was.

Terrible customer service. I was told to be there at 8:00 am. Two hours later I was still waiting for my car to be looked at when someone calling was told they would be next and to come right up. I asked what was going on and was told that he did not know. But my car would be looked at today. An 8:00 appointment with a customer waiting should have priority. This was my first time, and last, for this muffler man. Shame too, because we have 6 cars between us and the kids.

I recommend everyone to come here and get their car fixed or looked at they are fast, and they give you a accurate price depend on the condition of your car. I always come here it's close to my house and i love it here. They even call you when your car is ready !

I would not recommend this place. They told us our repair would be 230.00 dollars before we brought the car there and called us to say it was actually going to be 530.00 to do the same repair of replacing an alternator. Really??? Needless to say we got it repaired elsewhere.

This is the ONlY place I would recommend to anyone! All the guys are very helpful and friendly and I really feel like they took their time on my vehicle. They always honor the warranty papers I have been previously given. I feel as if I am the only person with their car in the shop. James was very kind and helped me as much as possible. I have never received such fantastic service on anything else. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I travel over 2 hours just to come here and I will for a long time! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work.

I only trust the guys at Muffler Man grand blanc to fix any of my vehicles without charging me an arm and a leg or taking advantage of me because I am a girl. They always fix my vehicles right the first time. The guys they are awesome!!

first time using Muffler Man in Grand Blanc and I'm very happy with their service. the air conditioning pump needed to be replaced and he called around to different places to find me the best price possible and then had it all done within 3 hours. awesome service! will definitely go here again!

I have went here and got good service before. This time not so much. I went in at ten am. Was told there was two hours of work ahead of me. I let them know that I had to have my car back by four to go to work. They said it shouldn't be a problem. Finally at 230 I called they said there was one car in front of me. I reminded them I needed to go to work. I had no notice to find a ride or get my shift covered. A heads up would have been appreciated. I got a call at five on what was going on. To top it off when I picked it up the person in charge didnt care about my concern and acted bothered by it. Then when I got in my car I noticed a cigerette but on my floor. So not only were they smoking in my car, they thought it approiate to leave the buts in my car. Pretty mad about my experience.

I DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT recommend this place they are over priced and rude and are NOT helpful. They talk down to me and blamed me for their incompetence. And when I told them I've had enuf of their crap and would never be returning and hung up on them. They called me back to argue and tell me I was wrong and that I don't know what I was talking about BUT I DID I EVEN CHECKED MY INFO 3 TIMES TO BE SURE AND I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING TALK TO LIKE I'M STUPID!!!

This is a great place for all your auto needs . The guys up at grand blanc muffler man try to save you money . Most places see you walk in with a nice car or nice clothes and the price gose up , not at grand blanc muffler man . They treat everyone the same . Great people with great service will be back for all of my needs thanks guys.

This is the second time I have used Muffler Man for vehicle service. The first was for my daughter's vehicle and then more recently for my wife's vehicle. In both cases, the service folks provided an assessment of what work needed to be done and then helped prioritize the most critical service tasks to do.



I felt their prices to be fair and their work done correctly. With the brake replacement I had done today, their is a 6 month guarantee on their work in case anything goes wrong. I'm very pleased with Muffler Man as our "local" area repair shop.

They know what they are doing and do it well. The best overall value for your auto repairs in the area. Friendly well qualified staff to serve you. Consistently trying to improve in all areas of their business. They treat you with respect and explain everything thoroughly. They are honest and above all trustworthy. They have been serving the community for over 30 years at the same location. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

These guys have no idea what their doing, anymore.  Took my vehicle in for a steering issue and it was diagnosed as a worn inner tie-rod.  Picked it up and it made the same noise (did they even test drive it).  Then it was determined to be the steering rack-in-pinion.  Being $300 in to the first diagnosis,  I had no choice but to have them install the rack-in-pinion.  After trying to pick the vehicle up for the second time, the stabil-a-trac and traction control light was on.  I was ensured by these guys that after I had the vehicle's front end alignment done (at the shop they recommended), the light would go off and everything would be fine. This however was not the case.  Muffler Man had no idea what the problem was, so they sent it up to the local dealer.  Dealer determined that the steering position sensor had been damaged during the repair to the rack-in-pinion and needed and now that needed to be replaced.  Muffler Man wanted $150 for a $90 part, along with the labor to install it. I decided to cut my losses and have the dealer complete the good.  When I tried to talk to the manager about the problem, and that I didn't agree with them charging me for replacing parts that they messed up, I was told he'd have the owner call me, I could deal with him.  I never received that call, or could I get his contact information.  Not sure, but I think Muffler Man was trying to over charge me for the parts, in order to recoup the costs for their original mistakes.  I will be staying clear for this place, and recommend others do the same.
