We panicked when we came home from skiing on a Friday night and realized as it was starting to snow and temperatures were dropping, that our furnace wasn’t working. We started calling and trying to find someone to help. Of the 5 businesses we contacted, Grandby Heating was the only one to promptly answer our call and was at our home in 30 min. David was professional, speedy and fixed the furnace within 30 min. He was knowledgeable and friendly and unbelievably had the part we needed in his truck. Our house is warm and cozy now and we are very grateful for the prompt, efficient, wonderful service. They will be first on our list from now on. Thanks!!

These guys seems professional on the phone when I first called. I was given a specific time on when they would show up to perform the work. After they were 2 hours late I called and was told they were on the way. After another hour and a half I was told the technician was at another address and was still hours away. They wasted a powder day...very frustrating.

We had our contractor call Granby heating to get a bid/estimate on repairing one of our restaurant hoods.

JB (one of the owner's at Granby H&S) came into our restaurant and REMOVED a brand new exhaust unit from the premise during open business hours --with out a bid or even, ever meeting or speaking with the owners or the contractor!



But beyond this -he took it upon himself to contact the board of health behind our backs as being a "Representative of our business" Telling them that he would be updating our entire system. I had never even met/spoke with this man in my life!!



From this, JB TRIED to corner us for $30,000.00 (and yes, that's 30K) to restructure our existing $35,000 hood and hvac system. Stating that all restaurants in CO have to cooperate in updating any system older than 03/13. THIS IS NOT TRUE. As it turns out our system is fully operational and compliant, as it was to begin with.



We did not contact the police aside from several recommendations however, since this incident we have heard many other similar stories from this company. So beware. All we wanted was a bid to tune up our hood, and we got a whole lot more.
