Cindy and Tee were wonderful to my sister and I tonight! They went above and beyond to make us happy! We arrived 15 minutes until closing and they gave us two awesome dipped manicures && neck massages! They stayed until the job was done. Highly recommend y'all coming out to see them for some pretty nails and great customer service!! It's the only place we go in Granbury.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed the other day, and they basically took off my eyebrows. My eyebrows were thick and full, just needed a few stray hair tamed, but now I have to pencil them in for the rest of my life. Thanks Upscale! Then she proceeded to tell me I needed my whole face waxed, along with a manicure.

Oh my gosh! !!! This place is incredible! !!! I live in Boyd, and my daughter introduced to Upscale, I now drive 1&1/2 hours to get my nails and toe nails done!!!! I know that seems like a crazy drive, but let me tell you it is WELL WORTH IT!!!! APPOINTMENTS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME! !!! AND I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT!!! Even when I've come in on a walk in basis that still get me super fast!! I love everyone there and they are always super courteous to all that have come in while I've been there. Oh and to top off the best place ever they have amazing wine & frozen marqaritas!!!!! #imnevergoinganywhereelse

This is the only nail salon I will go to in Granbury. "Cindy" does a fantastic job and will make my nails exactly how I like them to be, even with my "oh just a little bit rounder/more square, etc".
Yes it's a bit more expensive but when you get EXACTLY what you want it's well worth it.

They do not honor appointments. They will take walk-ins over scheduled appointments as I waited 30 minutes with an appointment and I was on time, with no available staff. This is a terrible business practice and they have lost me as a client. Management is lacking in customer service, extremely disappointed as this has happened twice now.

I've been coming here for years and I'll NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE again!!!! Everyone there is friendly, caring, GREAT at their jobs, great prices & very knowledgable of the newest techniques!! I always get mine done very elaborately (on the exception of today) and I get SO MANY compliments on a daily basis!!! The new management has just been an added bonus to my already loyal business given!!! Thanks everybody!!! ��������

The ratings on here are OLD!!! The management has changed and I have been coming here for YEARS!!! I've NEVER gotten anything but the very best service!!! The manager is so sweet and caring!!! Kristi & Cindy do my nails! I have acrylic nails, sometimes dipping....and they are ALWAYS beautiful!!! I have a hard time keeping nails on and EVERYWHERE and ANYONE other than them that I've been to for the last 15yrs couldn't keep them on!!! Now....they ALWAYS last a minimum 4 weeks!!! My Nana, my Mom, Sister, Aunt and all my friends and family go here now because of how beautiful my nails always look!!! I'll NEVER go anywhere else!!! Prices are great and the people are fanominal!!! My husband and boys even come monthly for pedicures!!!! ����

I asked for an acrylic set that was $25 and my bill came to $45. They gave me some weird get set I never asked for, and argued with me when I questioned it. My nails look like crap and I will never go back. I am so steaming mad it's not funny.

Omgosh this place is out for your money I worked next door at fantastic SAMs for a year 1/2 and sent them a lot of my clients only to discover that they say a price before you start and then when your done they pop it to you! I went to see for myself, went to get a mini pedi and a nail paint and when I walked out I ended up paying 70$ and was outraged! I spoke to one of the sisters that runs the nail salon and told her I clearly told the gentle man I was just wanting the mini and she said "sorry you should have told him" you have to pay! Well seeing how I had no clue that he was doing anything extra and couldn't speak English it was a little hard to tell him! Then asked for a certain design showed a pic to him and he did some kinda zig zag looked awful I emediatly went back to the manager and told her this isn't going to work and she said oh you have to come back were too buisy u come back and ill fix for u! So went 3 different acasions and they kept telling me to come back another time so finally today I said no I need to have them fix now today not Monday and she took me back and stuck me in a chair with water for 25 min then came back and filed the hell out of my feet I had to stop her it hurt so bad! I have done hair & nails & pedicures for 21 years and never treated my clients this way! Then she walked off and had three different people come sit down and she handed me a ticket for 15$ more for her to put the design back on I told her I already paid 5 days ago extra for a design I wasn't paying again! She argued with me for 10min and I had to show her my bank app and then she said well seance we do it again today u pay again! Oh no don't think so!! Then the owner came over and got really hiatal with me and I had had enough everyone was looking so I got loud right back & said ok my nails are bare u took my polish off so just give me my money and they said no refunds anyway I detailed this to warn people that I am in this business and they are upscalen your tickets & if you don't know what your doing and even so they get u in there chair they can pretty much charge you what they want!!! Terrible job my nails look awful I came home and just did them myself could have saved a lot of time & money wish I would have paid attention to all the bad reviews its called upscale nail for a reason beware of your wallets! And each individualy owners so they don't care they are rude! But that's ok I know how to get ahold of tcc!

I went and they burned my eye lids when I requested an eyebrow wax. BOTH eyes. Filing a complaint with the Board of Cosmotology

Worst manicure I have ever had. They cut your cuticles so short they bleed. My mother actually got a large cut on her finger that took 10 minutes to stop bleeding. Please beware.

Don't go there they are careless and do a horrible job they cut the bed of my nail and just said "ur ok" they put acetone on the cut n it burned so bad
