my daughter and I had a horrible experience!!!! I waited, with my feet in tepid water for an HOUR while the only two employees there worked on other clients, I think we should've been told when we got there the wait time would be long. They never gave any indication we would have to wait since they seated me at a pedi station. Then, I was worked on by one employee who hands me off to the other in the middle of my service. I felt like the entire service was a rush job and it definitely shows! My daughter got the basic manicure and it looks like an amateur did it...her service was rushed also. We used to get excellent service there last year...must have changed hands or lost the good employees. Won't return as I feel we should've gotten at least a partial discount!!
