My daughter Katelyn started laser treatment about 8 months ago. She could not open her left eye but about 10%. It is seven months later and such a big difference. She can use her eye now, the swelling has gone down tramendously, she has an eyelid and eyelashes now and her eyebrow is starting to grow. The office staff and doctor have been very caring and patient with Katelyn and her treatments and scheduling. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of laser treatment.

My husband is in the middle of getting some tattoos removed and has only done one sesson and it looks AMAZING you can really tell the fading after one sesson,He as also had a mole removed and it has been a little over a week that its been removed and you can hardly tell where it was :) we are VERY happy with the work he has had done, we will be back to him for sure!!

I had my Tummy Tuck done with Dr McGonagle at his Granbury office! He is awesome and sweet! Love his staff.... they have been the absolute BEST! Im thrilled with my results and will be seeing him for Cosmetic Surgery in the future! Would not have it done by anyone else. After Dr McGonagle treated my son for acne, I confidently chose him to revise my saline implants. A DFW cosmetic surgeon implanted saline in 1996 so I've been excited to upgrade with the newest, superior silicone implants. My revision procedure with Dr. McGonagle, recovery and end result were all flawless. I am so thrilled with how firm yet soft the silicone is without any sloshing and rippling felt with saline. Dr. McGonagle and his nurse helped me select the correct size and profile in silicone to achieve the look I wanted. Thanks to Dr. McGonagle, my silhouette now accentuates my health conscience diet and exercise regimen. Now I am complimented on our boat and the gym locker-room! Dr. McGonagle and his staff treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. No need to drive anywhere else when first class cosmetic surgery is provided by Dr. McGonagle. I look forward to seeing him again to try dermal fillers and laser.

Dr Mcgonagle is an artist in his work at making people beautiful..It's like creating a fine painting!!!! He is kind and patient and his staff is friendly and knowlegable!!! 100% to Dr. Macgonagle and his team!!!!!!!

All I Can say is WOW I had surgery and results are amazing!!! The doctor is awesome at his work. The staff is wonderful and I will be going back....great doctor and staff I would recommend anyone to have surgery done at Cosmetic Surgery Center.

Had a great experience. What a fabulous doctor he is so caring and the staff is great lovely girls he has working for him. I had implants and the results are amazing so happy and I am diffidently going to have more surgery done in the near future. I would recommend Cosmetic Surgery Center to anyone.
