I am more than satisfied that we found Tassio to service our air and heating needs. The minute you call to schedule an appoint and speak with Jenny you realize you are dealing with a top notch company. Her demeanor is kind and caring. Then Avo comes out..several times actually and he is professional, knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all my questions. I always feel like I am getting quality and honest service. I am so glad we found this company. They have never disappointed us.

I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.



The job: I had them replace my home's Trane split system with a new one. This was because I had a broken a/c and it was too old to be worth repairing (over 25yrs old). And we figured it's smartest to also update the heating unit at the same time so the entire system is brand new and works together well.



Price: Very fair, and the best value. There were higher quotes, and there were cheaper quotes. The cheaper quotes were clearly unprofessional people, or people that were being sneaky and creeping up their price through nickel-and-diming tactics which made me extremely uncomfortable. I was comfortable the Tassio quoting process and Jim (the sales guy).



Communication: Honest and clear communication. When I met the company's sales guy, Jim, for the proposal I felt comfortable with changing my A/C system. He was very attentive to answering all my questions and concerns. I also requested a specific thermostat I wanted (Nest) which they agreed to do and I love the thermostat.



Their work: the crew is very professional, clean cut, knowledgeable, friendly, and had their ducks lined up in a row start to finish. They got the job done within a day, very efficiently, and did a clean job.



The result: It's been two weeks and the a/c seems to be doing a great job so far.



Overall: A job well done. I am recommending them to everybody I know as a happy customer.

My wife and I wish to thank all the folks at Tassio for a great job on the total AC install for our home.The job was done very professionally with the utmost care and courtesy. The install involved a Trane 4 ton gas/electric on roof with curb, new duct install and air distribution...clean-up was impeccable. It's nice to know company's like this exist nowadays. Tassio Temperature installed my central air/heat last year. When I was looking for a vendor, I came upon Tassio at Yp.com and was impressed with what other reviewers said about him and happy to find that they are true. Bill set me up with a great system that fit my house configuration and budget. His team was courteous and professional and tried to mitigate as much mess as possible(dust to be expected) during the installation. They were so quick that the installation took much less time than expected. Bill is also very responsive with answering my questions about my system after the installation. I would definitely recommend Tassio Temperature because they know how to treat customers first. Very professional.
