I love my nails, they are perfect

I have to disagree with both one star listings. I'm a college student from grafton and I've been to many different nail salons around MA and other states while I'm at school. This place has the kindest workers and are so understanding to your needs! Such a great place, I'd suggest it to anyone!! It is a bit pricey but you pay for what you get! I'm picky about my nails and I love what they do (even with acrylics)

I have to say that their spa pedicures are fabulous , also all high quality jel polishes with over 100 colors to pick ! I'm a regular customer there since the first week they opened and I've never miss my appointment , thanks for the great services !!! Highly recommended . I also disagree with the 1 star reviews , if you don't like something , come back and complain with the owner , he or she will fix and make you happy , since they are a new small business in town , we need to support them , help them solve the problems and become a part of our town wonders !!!

This is a great place to have in Grafton and I love it! I now do not go anywhere else. The jelly pedi is fabulous and Nina is a genius with hand painted nail design. It can be expensive, but they are a very nice group of people and they give you water and cookies too! I am SO HAPPY to have a quality place in Grafton!! Give it a second chance--the one star reviews are an anomaly.

this is a new place to me since i always come to the one in Blackstone Valley , but i found out this is the best place i've ever been in any nails salon , all high products and quality services , the girls are so friendly and the store is super nice !!! highly recommended

I went to this salon once and will NEVER go back. Went in for just a manicure and had to tell nail tech 4 times I did not want a pedicure even though she told me I really needed it! She then proceeded to do my manicure and never spoke a word to me and never looked at me. My nails were all uneven and when I asked to have them evened out she told me they were....they were not. Went home and fixed them myself. So disappointing since their location is great but I do not see them doing well with that poor service.

I must disagree with the 1 star review. I have been several times and am very pleased with the service & quality. Unless you are never using your hands, a basic manicure typically chips after 3 days, no matter who applies it. Perhaps a shellac manicure is a better option if you want it to last longer. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is it is a bit expensive..but I do agree, worth it.

The girls are so nice , what a big different with the old pizza store , much better place to get my nails done than others around Grafton !

I went once and will not go back. I had a manicure and pedicure. The polish on my toes chipped 3 days after and I now have an infection in my finger which had to be caused by the manicure.
