Bethany Christian Schools, based in Goshen, Ind., is a private school for grades six through 12. The high school was founded in 1954 and is owned and operated by the Indiana-Michigan Mennonite Conference. Bethany is a member of the Indiana High School Athletic Association and competes in more than 10 interscholastic athletic events. The school also provides private and classroom instrumental and vocal music instructions. Additionally, students can participate in musicals, select choirs, state contests and assist in chapel activities. BCS s art and writing courses include drawing, painting and program cover design, and performance categories include drama, readings and poetry. Its outreach program includes intramural athletics, an annual school play and musical, a variety of clubs and international mission trips.
