I am a firm believer that everyone should have access to affordable, high quality bodywork. Massage is so beneficial to the body and balancing the systems, that it can positively affect a number of things, including sleeping patterns, stress levels, anxiety, weight, and confidence. For this reason, I do not believe in charging my clients a fixed rate for bodywork. Instead, I have incorporated a sliding scale of prices for clients to choose from. This puts less pressure on the client, as well as the therapist. My hopes are to have more people assured in the power of massage and bodywork as a holistic alternative.
