ABOUT US Our Story Lapp Gas Appliance (LGA) was established in 1991. It was started by the Lapp family with a goal in mind to provide the local community with a gas appliance expert that would have fast quality service. Back then a service call was $25.00, and the Lapp family worked out of an 8x10 garden shed at their home in Gordonville, PA for the first few years. By 1996, they had hired 2 service techs and had a small showroom in Intercourse, PA where they sold gas appliances and heaters. The Lapp family enjoyed the outdoors. They liked camping and joy riding their motorcycles. By 2010, the business was booming and had lots of potential, but then tragedy hit Lapp Gas Appliance.
