I went to this place bc it was close to my house but i had several options and now i regret choosing this one... I went in and requested a mani / pedi so i get taken back by the pedicure chairs and they start filling the tub with scalding hot water ( now i normally use really hot water but this was way too hot) but i figured minor accident or something so i just try to relax well there is another woman maybe 70 yrs old doing a pedicure to my left and an big fat white dude doing one to my right well i'm thinking the guy was new but had the same dull punch lines for each person he did not funny at all. well the woman that was doing my pedicure started by asking me what i want done... UM HELLO A PEDICURE? so the whole pedicure i'm watching her watch this fat guy do his pedicure hardly paying attention to what she was doing with me so half my nails go filed and it was a half assed job and then it came to the polish and i had asked for a design of white/black/ and glitter on my toes which i had to pay $5 extra for well she ended up giving me about every color in the rainbow on my toes it was horrible but i didn't want to be mean or say anything so i just kept my mouth shut... so then came the manicure .. which how wonderful i have this 70 yr old woman that had just done the pedicure to my left doing my hands but didn't say anything figured well if she works here then she much know what she's doing right? Wrong! So she get's a bowl and fills it with water and whatever else, so my first thought is omg they don't even have the proper dishes for manicures but still allowed her to work on me so she also is hardly paying attention to what she's doing so once again i'm sitting there thinking why are they still in business? so she gets to the polish on my nails and i advised her that seeing my nails are so short i didn't want color on them to draw attention to them well she didn't listen and insisted i used this light pink to match my toes. so now i'm sitting under the nail drying station and i notice there is nail polish all over my skin around my nails and she put too much on because it was bubbling up so i asked the last girl that worked there to just give me a cotton ball with nail polish remover on it so i could take it off and leave .. well her name is linda. she insisted to fix it. so she took off the nail polish and tried a lighter pink and i advised her prior to that that i just wanted them clear so after she wasted her and my time she ended up taking her polish choice off and doing a buff shine i was like thank god i can finally get out of here. so i get home and take a shower and the nail polish from my toes starts to fall off so now i'm pissed that i just wasted my money and came out with nothing but a headache and a bruised back from their chair. so i decided to calm down and call to see if they would try to fix it hoping for a refund. and Linda answered the phone and said i could come back in and they would fix it so i advised her i had a young son and i don't get the opportunity to do this stuff so it would be a little bit b4 i could and she said fine. well i called today to see if i could discuss a refund possibly bc i have had a lot going on and can't make it there... but she said now it's been over a week so they wouldn't even redo it. so i hope this will help everyone make a better choice than i did and NOT go there. They are absolutely terrible in their work as well as customer service!
