I sometimes cannot believe the lack of any customer service standards but this location just blew me away. I have been there in the past and when I came in to get the oil changed on my 2021 Chevy Trail Boss I had a simple request. That request was when they rotated my tires that they wrap the lug socket in a wrap of electrical tape (which I said I would bring from home). They refused to do this simple little thing to keep my high gloss black wheels from getting scratched. I was stunned the manager told the young guy. I have had this done with other places and never was it a problem.

It takes 5 seconds to wrap a thin wrap of electrical tape around the socket to prevent scratching and I just didn't understand why they refused OUTRIGHT, without even having the manager come over. I live just down the road am I promise I will NEVER bring ANY of my vehicles there again. Walmart even did this for me and as a matter of fact, it is not uncommon to wrap it so as not to damage the paint/powder coat of the wheel area where the lug nut goes.
