I had such a problem in finding out the results of my blood test. I went to the doctor to have some test done to find out what the problem was, I voice massage (not personal) was left on my phone telling me to call this other number to retreve the message left my the nurse.

Why not just call me directly and tell me what I need to know. I mean really!!! I tried calling the message service 7 times but my social sucurity number did not work to get my message so I had to wait 2 days to call the office on monday. It took me 3 calls just to talk to some one at the office and they didnt even help me.

I never leave poor reviews I'm only doing so in the hopes that this system will be changes to more be user friendly or so that a real person would call me back and tell me what happend. Or at least tell me what to expect when I leave the office (after paying you money) that I will not get a personal call but will hear a message from a system and give me insturctions on how to get the message. Please.....
