I chose not to give stars for expertise professionalism or promptness, Troy Thomas wasn’t any of these. In fact I would have given him less than half a star if it was allowed.
Do not hire this man! He claims to have over 20 years experience but the storm doors he put on my house have all HAD to be replaced. The exterior entrance doors have weather stripping coming off and the stripping around the door itself allows cold air to flow inside and I’m sure heat to escape. They will be replaced in the near future.
Every single thing he did on our house has had to be redone or will be redone.
Every time we paid him a portion of what he owed him he just didn’t show up for days! We finally fired him. Troy Thomas of Doors and More Home improvement is not licensed or bonded as claimed. Beware!!
