New to the area and called for a grooming appointment.Great, they could groom her today.Dropped my dog off at 11 am. Called at 2 pm and she would be longer.Finally at 3:30 pm she was done.When picking her up I asked why it took 4.5 hrs.Was told that she was last because the other dogs had appointment's.Excuse me,You gave me an appointment for today.I also asked why the shop smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.The employee told me that the owner and staff smoke while the dogs are present. Apparently they do not follow state guidelines on smoking in the business.I am very disappointed and surprised that the owner who was present would conduct daily business like this.
