Went to look for parts, it was clear they didn't want to take the time to help me. Very poor customer service and either their prices are way too high or they just threw out high numbers so they wouldn't have to do the work. They quoted me $75 for a part I found for $20 at another yard in better condition. Either way, I wont be going here anymore and you shouldn't either!

Don't judge this business by its curb appeal. I have got to know the owner and his mechanics over the last 3 years. He is honest, and extrememly capable. I have taken in both American cars and foreign cars. I have recommended Terry to my best friend and he saved significant money from the alternatives including dealers.



With repair places, your repair is only as good as the actual person who works on your car. I have had excellent results from all of the mechanics.



Goodlettsville Auto Storage is busy, so try and plan ahead. if you can give them a reasonable amount of time, you will be happy you did. Call ahead. 615 859-1888.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! The owners name is Terry and he's not a good business man or mechanic! It took him two months to change my transmission in my car. he finally got it done after lieing to me everyday for the last two months. I called him everyday after he had my car for the first month and he would say its almost done to call him back in an hour. when I would call him back it was always the same thing! when he finally got it fixed i went to pick it up and i wanted to test drive it first before i paid him. I drove it and it wasn't fixed, it was making horrible noises that it never made before and it didn't feel like it was shifting right. plus when i first got there it was leaking trans fluid because the bolts on the pan were loose! i confronted him about this and he got a big attitude with me and said he would just keep my car if i didnt pay him cash money! he told me on the phone that he accepts visa but now he wont take mine because he says he will never make me happy! I'm pretty sure nobody would be happy to pay somebody hard earned money to fix their car when the car isn't fixed right! I'm calling my lawyer in the morning to see if theres anything he can do. I'm not trying to get my car fixed for free! I'll gladly pay him but only if its fixed the right way!!! I hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake i made by taking my car to Goodlettsville Auto Salvage!!!
