The nurse was not very observant or hospitable. I was wearing my glasses upon entry & she asked me did I wear contacts or glasses.Once entering the exam room, I had my coat & my purse in my hands, she never once indicated a place where I could lay them, I had to asked while she prompted me to sit in a seat & look through a lens.The doctor rushed through the exams & I was given some out dated contact lens.Once corrected.I was given a pair of lens and both for the same eye. I was told to go into a room and insert the contacts.No one assisted me in explaining where cleansing solution was to be located, tissues, or possibly a mirror.I explained before leaving they were feeling uncomfortable & mentioned the brand I was prescribed before & why from previous dr.He suggested that I try the brand of the trial pair he had given me & to come back if they continue to be uncomfortable because "they were at a good price".
