We have been using Stevinson Toyota West as our sole service providers for our vehicles. They do great work and are often cheaper than other places. We always get our oil changed there and I have yet to find a lower price. They also honor coupons and even printed them out for me to use. They call and check up on service until they are sure we are happy. Great snacks while you wait as well.

Danette in the service department has helped me numerous times and she is always friendly and honest about the repairs needed for my car. My car was fixed in a timely manner and she was very easy to work with. Amy B.

I went to Stevinson Toyota for some parts for my 4Runner. Mark Teasley in the parts dept was the one who helped me out finding all these small and big parts I needed. He was great. We had to special order some and they were there the next day; he called me first thing, and even helped me put one of them in. I'll be returning whenever I need anything. Price was competitive and service was next to none.

I have a Toyota customer for over 10 years now and have just started taking my Tundra to Stevinson Toyota West. I have always been received with professionalism and friendliness both in the service department and in parts.I was just in the parts department to pick up a part for my truck and Mark Teasley provided me with GREAT customer service. I would like to commend your parts department and Brianne Harkin in particular. We purchased a Chevy Express Van for our Water & Sanitation District and have had need of replacement parts on several occasions. Brianne has been very professional and has provided excellent customer service. It is a comfort to have confidence that the correct parts will arrive in a timely manner. One less thing to worry about. Great job.

For the past 15 years, starting in their previous location, I have had great service from the staff in PARTS at this Toyota dealer. I do some of my own maintenance and repairs, so it is important to me to get excellent service from knowledgable people, and that is what I have found here. In recent years, I've had especially helpful advice from Maurice Jones at the parts counter, so I'm always happy when I see that he is there even if I'm just looking for something simple like wiper blades or an oil filter.

Bob Ellis was a gentleman and showed all our options for the car we were looking at. . He made the car buying experience very smooth. and enjoyable If you are looking for a new or used car .He will treat you right...

I was fortunate to buy my Prius from Jami. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions, except one, but he did get an answer for us quickly rather than later. He did not give us the salesman approach, but was able to give us the information we needed to make a decision. I appreciated the service I received on my previous Toyota. I had no major problem with our Camry in the seven years we had it and I had a very good return when I sold it. We just purchased a new Prius from this dealer. Everyone, from the salesman, Jami, to the floor manager and the finance guy were accomodating, pleasant and truly interested in customer service. Although this dealership is not close to home, I'm glad we selected it and will look forward to many happy years together!

Recently I purchased a new Toyota Tacoma at Stevenson Toyota West in Denver, Colorado. Buying a new vehicle has never been a great experience for me until I met Tony Salazar at the dealership. His attitude and demeanor set me at ease. Although the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, he located the Tacoma within 48 hours. Exactly what I wanted, right down to the color! During negotiations, Tony was straight forward, right up front, and honest about the price. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Since the purchase of my Toyota Tacoma, Tony and I have kept in touch and have been on friendly terms.

We purchased a used Rav 4 from Stevinson West. Jeff Gomez met us at the door and showed us what was available and answered all of our questions. He was friendly and helpful and did not pressure us I would recommend him if you are looking for a Toyota.

An all around positive experience, Stan Hoffman was our sales person. Answered all our questions, and we got a great SUV.

My Review of Stevinson Toyota West & Scion:

I bought a new Toyota Tacoma this past summer from Toyota Stevinson West in Golden and had nothing but great service from the time I stepped in the door of the showroom. My salesman Tony Salazar was amazing. I'm a single mom of three under the age of 10. I had to bring my two older boys with me at the time of the purchase. They were offered snacks and drinks, showed around the showroom and basically were entertained during my paperwork process. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Tony to others interested in purchasing a new or used Toyota. He was amazing and made the entire process easy. Buying a new car is never fun and quite time consuming - but with the help of an amazing salesman - the process can actually be rewarding! Thanks!

My Review of Stevinson Toyota West & Scion:

I went to Stevinson Toyota to look at a used car my daughter found online and wanted to go look at. This was not something I was looking forword to at all after my last experience of buying a used car. We had a conversation on the way to the dealership about what kind of experience we might have with this salesperson. When we arrived,I got a very pleasant surprise! Tony was nothing like the sterotype "used car salesman" one thinks of. He was not just friendly initially; he listened, answered all my questions, and was not pushy!!! I felt very comfortable buying the car and did. To make things even better, the next day the car had a minor problem, I called Tony, he said to bring it back in and they took care of it!

I had such a good experience, that I bought another car from him! (My motto is when you find a good salesperson, stick with them!) Well, this was an older model used Lexus,and I had a few concerns. Again, Tony took care of everything again! And I love the car!

So from beginning to end, i'm very happy to say this was my best experience buying two cars! I highly recommed Tony Salazar to anyone looking for a salesperson that will listen to your concerns and who actually cares. It was also very nice working with Mike Ducett, the finance manager! Everything went very smoothly!

My Review of Stevinson Toyota West & Scion:

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Stevinson Toyota West. Tony Salazar was the salesman handling my deal. I was very pleased with the dealership and specifically with Tony. I saw the car listed on the internet, and was very interested. It was a very unique car. It took a couple of weeks before I was ready to purchase the car and come to the dealership to pick it up. During that time, Tony was always attentive but never harassed or pressured me. He communicated with me by emails, texts, and phone calls. He always returned my calls/emails immediately and answered all of my questions clearly and truthfully. Tony never tried to exaggerate or use any slick salesman talk. I flew into Denver to come purchase and pick up the car. Tony picked me up at the airport so I would not need to rent a car. All in all, buying my car from Tony was the best experience I ever had buying a car. I highly recommend finding Tony when you want to buy a car.
