Golden City Human Resource Department has been operational for more than 40 years. Located in Golden, Colo., the department provides several human resource services, such as personnel and career-related solutions, recruitment programs and selection procedures. It also offers compensation and benefits administration, training and development modules, employee education programs, career counseling, corrective performance activities, performance management and employee recognition services.
