Very bad expercience. The office staff is incompetent. When ASKED if a refferal was in place, they assured me it was. It turns out the refferal had expired. ( you should be able to trust them, thats their job ! ) Because of their incompetence, I am now having to pay a $400.00 bill. They would not work with me, in a compromise or anything. Instead while I waited to try and work with them. They sent me to collections and have now put a lein on my house. By the way I have been making payments. I am retired and on a fixed income, doing the best I can. But the harrasment continues. Very Bad Experience with Foothills Urology.
