I have been using APC for years now - I have always received great service and products from Kevin and Reed at APC.

I had a problem when I ordered some material from APC Landscaping. Part was my fault, part theirs. After some back and forth discussions, John Keller, President of APC put together a workable solution to my problem. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to work with me to find a solution that was fair for both of us. That meant a lot to me and I would not hesitate to recommend APC to anyone looking for landscaping materials in the future!

I had a terrible experience with APC. Part was my fault (i.e. I didn't ask for a detailed total cost quote, I didn't ask to see the product they recommended, I didn't reject the load when it was delivered), part was theirs, but they would never admit it. They charged me $ 1,000 more than it should have cost for two loads of gravel to repair my driveway. Of course they took no responsibility for the misunderstanding. They made no attempt to correct the situation. They blamed the entire thing on me. According to John Keller — "You're the only person in 30 years who we have had a misunderstanding with". Right. If you are thinking of doing business with these people: 1) Get a written quote. 2) Be present when they deliver the product. 3) Ask the driver if what he is delivering is right for your job. 4) If not, do not accept the delivery — send it back. 5) If they try to tell you that you can't cancel the order because a second truck is already on the way, tell them to send it back — period!

These guys are great I use them over and over every year and have never had a problem. They are so fast on getting my deliveries out and helpful on picking the best products for my projects. Keep it up guys. 👍🏻👍🏻

I have always found the staff to be a bit abbrasive here, but today the person loading my truck broke my back window and the manager refused to pay for it. He said I was given a verbal liability warning, but I received no such warning. These people do not care about their customers. Stay away.

Excellent, friendly service, good selection and prices, and helpful folks that assisted us with materials selection and ideas for landscaping. We're a repeat customer.
