I've been seeing the owner, of the salon, Jackie Verdine since 2006. She is amazing at viewing the face over time, honest about proper cuts for the hair and face -- overall, I think she is amazing!!! Delightful person is icing on the cake!

I moved to Tempe a couple of years ago and I still drive out to G. C. to have her do my hair.

I have been seeing Tonya Eastman for about 4 months. She is EXCELLENT! In fact, I had a haircut from an expensive local salon by a "master stylist" who ruined my hair. I went to Tonya at Shapella on a recommendation and not only did she fix it, she did a better job than the "master stylist" who charged me $60 for the cut.



She is really good at what she does. She's a genuine person, so nice and fun to talk to. She really listens and does exactly what you ask. This woman is going places! I would recommend her highly to anyone who wants a stylist who cares about her clients and does amazing work. I can't say enough about Tonya. I would never go anyone else. Also, her prices are so reasonable that it's really a gift.

I walked in for a haircut with no appointment, and they were busy.The ladies were all super nice.5 minutes later I was in the mirror with my stylist Tonya.She listened to everything I said. My hair looks great and so did everyone else's leaving there.A very happy experience. 5 stars.
