Today we had an emergency w/ a new puppy and Dr McNulty and her staff could not have been less sympathetic. Before we even saw Dr McNulty she had her staff advise us we could take our puppy to the emergency clinic. We said, no, we want to see the dr and the staff person got upset and slammed a door on her way out. Guess, that was the wrong answer. The first thing Dr McNulty told us was she was trying to save us money by sending us elsewhere. We went to her because she was our vet, she was closest to us and we had a greviously injured dog. It really felt like she didn't WANT to be bothered. So, please don't bother her, or her staff. Especially if you love your animals, because they clearly couldn't care less.

Very expensive. They prescibe meds then push for you to buy them from them at sometimes triple the cost. My dog is 14 and had a bad ear infection and other issues. 1st quote over 1000.00 second over 400.00. This consisted of high priced sprays, ear washes and over priced meds. Once they knew you weren't going to purchase them there, the exam was pretty much over. They said they would teach me how to clean the ears out but I would have had to purchase the whole bottle of wash. I told them I needed that done and she didn't even bother to do it. The way the tech and Dr. worked together and some of the comments they made seemed like they were blaming me my dog was I'll. Just made me feel bad because I didn't buy thier meds. Convenient hrs. Got in quick. The place was clean. They spent more time on their estimates than my dog.

Not professional and did nothing yet was very expensive. Called back to explain that the problem was not addressed and the "manager" would not let us bring the dog back. Never ever ever!!

I regret going there. I have never been so appalled. They kept trying to increase the price with no reason as to why and despite paying for pain medicine after spaying my cat they sent us home with an empty bottle. The receptionists are very rude, save yourself the trip and a headache don't go here.

We took our Italian Greyhound ...

We took our Italian Greyhound Blu in for several lumps he developed on his belly which had swelled up and started to break the skin causing bleeding. We took him in to see Dr. Miyahira who was great, he took the time to explain all the options and let us know what made the most sense for Blu.  He also educated us on how this is common in our breed of dog and how it is accelerated by Blu's love of laying out in the sun.

Since Blu is 13 years old our primary concern was his age and making sure we focus on quickly fixing the issue and not get bogged down in doing test after test and additional expense. Dr. Miyahira agreed going right to surgery was the best route to improve his daily life and took special care due to his age.

Surgery went well for Blu and Dr. Miyahira even took the time to remove additional lumps that he suspected might also become a problem later at no additional charge. There was also no additional charge for our follow up visit to remove stitches and see how Blu was doing.

We are very thankful to Dr. Miyahira and staff it was a very positive experience in a bad situation.
