An absolute joke of a daycare. Gave our child milk several times while enrolled there... And our child is allergic to dairy, a fact they were well aware of. That is merely one example of the various dietary issues she experienced there. Ridiculous rules and policies that they do not adhere to reliably. Pure lack of common sense from the staff, one day it is cold out and our kid is outside while her sweatshirt remained indoors warmly on the coat rack. Another day it is 70 degrees and is wearing her winter coat outside, completely soaked in sweat when we picked her up. Various billing issues. To top it off the day we give 2 weeks notice the owner has the audacity to call and pick a fight with me, about my tone in conversations he was not even a part of, use profanity, ultimately throw my child out with no notice (a courtesy we were providing them.) and cowardly hang up the phone before I could respond. Beware kid university, and send your children at their and your peril.
