This company does not operate on the up and up, and customer service or satisfaction is clearly not a top priority. I called Whitmarsh to inquire about getting a new set of keys to my safe. They came out for their "estimate" and charged me $100 - desperate, I agreed and paid. He called back to state that a new set of keys could be ordered and delivered in a week for an additional $20. Three months later I am still waiting for these keys. I called to ask him how to expedite or cancel this and his tone changed to one of inconvenience, disrespect and disregard for me as his customer.



I usually don't take the time to post these sort of reviews but I was so surprised and disappointed by my experience with a company that I felt compelled to let others who may consider them know.
