Very responsive. Arrived when promised. Had Bill remove a bump in the bedroom carpet. Complete job. Moved all the furniture the full length and stretched it all not just where the bump was. Neat, cleaned up after themselves. Smarter and more economical than doing myself or replacing the carpet. Bob

THSES GUYS ARE SUPERB! I USE TO USE PARADISE CHEM-DRY, BUT NO MORE. I HAVE GOTTEN RIPPED OFF A FEW TIMES FROM CHEM-DRY. THESE GUYS WERE HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. TWO THUMBS UP!!!!!!!

I had laminate flooring installed in three bedrooms, the hallway and living room. I was given a better price than the big box stores, they arrived promptly, cleaned up after each area and did nice work. Most importantly, they kept an eye on my cat at all times.

Bill gave us a fair price and worked with us in finding a carpet that worked within our budget. He showed up on time for both the estimate and the install, and the rooms all look great. Would use him again.
