Provided by YP.comPigtails and Crewcuts recently opened in the Glen Town Center. The staff are kind and thoughtful and made the haircut process, where my son usually cries, virtually painless. He also got his best haircut ever! Pigtails and Crewcuts is the only place we'll go from now on.
