i figured i would give this company a shot. boy was that a bad mistake. the truth is youcan pick up your phone book and call ANY heating and cooling shop and they will be both insured and trained....but they are not trained by the company! this company does a bad job of "training" there employees. ask their employees what kinda of training the company provided and he will tell you none. the positive review must be a fake, propally written by the owner. the prices are indded very steepfor any replacemtn parts and the annual contract they want you to purchase is a rip off. i have done business with many companys before and this was by far the most expensive worthless company i have used. be smart people.

what a rip off! this place charges ridlicious amounts,poor work. they dont have any experienced servicemen. they make you wait all day and come at their convience. call someone else! beware

FYI - I own several rental properties in the North Shore area, and deal with tons of contractors, some good and some bad. The truth is that there are alot of un-insured and un-licensed contractors out there who say they can save you a buck, but the truth is you'll be paying out the rear if you don't deal with a trianed professional with proper insurance. I have used North-Shore several times in the past 2 years and have been treated fairly everytime and been very happy with the results. 4 out of 5 stars.

very high prices, used to work for company, owner takes advantage of employees and customers. stay away from company at all costs. very high prices. other companys charge much less
